2. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • The product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special offers (unless defective).
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (if the packaging is opened).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your Order ID
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Images of the product (if defective or damaged)

Once your request is reviewed, our support team will guide you through the return process.

4. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., bank account, UPI, or wallet).
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Policy

If the item is defective or damaged, you can choose to receive:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund (as per your preference).

Replacement requests are processed once the returned product has been received and verified by our team.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but may be returned following the return policy.
