2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once processed, your order will be dispatched within 2–4 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Duration

Delivery time depends on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Areas: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

(Delays may occur due to courier service issues or unforeseen circumstances like weather or strikes.)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 may include a nominal delivery charge based on weight and location.
  • Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking number, and
  • A tracking link via email or SMS
    so you can easily track your shipment’s progress in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • If the delivery fails after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the package may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, the customer will need to pay re-shipping charges to have the order re-delivered.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or missing item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at max.automobilies@gmail.com with photos/videos of the package.
  • We’ll quickly review and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
